परमेश्वरमाथि भरोसा
सङ्गीत-निर्देशकको निम्ति दाऊदको भजन
1 म परमप्रभुमा शरण लिन्छु, यसर्थ तिमीहरू कसरी मलाई भन्न सक्छौ, “चरोझैँ आफ्नो डाँड़ामा उड़िजा,
2 किनभने
हेर, दुष्टहरूले धनुमा ताँदो चढ़ाउँछन्, सोझो हृदय भएकाहरूलाई
अँध्यारोबाट हान्नलाई तिनीहरूले आफ्नो काँड़ ताँदोमा चढ़ाएका छन्।
3 यदि जग नै नष्ट हुन्छन् भने, धर्मी जनले के गर्न सक्छन् र?”
4 परमप्रभु
आफ्नै पवित्र मन्दिरमा हुनुहुन्छ, परमप्रभु आफ्नो स्वर्गीय सिंहासनमा
विराजमान हुनुहुन्छ। मानिसका सन्तानलाई उहाँले नियालेर हेर्नुहुन्छ,
उहाँले आफ्ना आँखाले तिनीहरूको जाँच गर्नुहुन्छ।
5 परमप्रभुले धर्मीहरूको जाँच गर्नुहुन्छ, तर दुष्ट र हिंसा रुचाउनेहरूलाई उहाँले घृणा गर्नुहुन्छ,
6 दुष्टहरूमाथि उहाँले आगो र गन्धक बर्साउनुहुनेछ। पिल्स्याउने तातो हावा तिनीहरूको भाग हुनेछ।
7 किनभने परमप्रभु धर्मी हुनुहुन्छ, धार्मिक कामहरू उहाँ मन पराउनुहुन्छ। सोझाहरूले उहाँको मुहारको दर्शन गर्नेछन्।

Faith in the Lord’s Righteousness
To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David.
1 In the Lord I put my trust;
How can you say to my soul,
“Flee as a bird to your mountain”?
2 For look! The wicked bend their bow,
They make ready their arrow on the string,
That they may shoot secretly at the upright in heart.
3 If the foundations are destroyed,
What can the righteous do?
4 The Lord is in His holy temple,
The Lord’s throne is in heaven;
His eyes behold,
His eyelids test the sons of men.
5 The Lord tests the righteous,
But the wicked and the one who loves violence His soul hates.
6 Upon the wicked He will rain coals;
Fire and brimstone and a burning wind
Shall be the portion of their cup.
7 For the Lord is righteous,
He loves righteousness;
His countenance beholds the upright.
