प्रार्थना र धन्यवाद-ज्ञापन
दाऊदको भजन
1 हे
परमप्रभु, मेरो चट्टान, म तपाईंलाई पुकार्दछु, मेरो पुकारा नसुनेजस्तो
नगर्नुहोस्, नत्रता तपाईं मौन रहँदा, म मृत-लोकमा पर्नेहरूजस्तो हुनेछु।
2 जब सहायताको लागि तपाईंलाई पुकार्छु
र तपाईंको महापवित्र स्थानतिर म आफ्ना हात उठाउँछु, तब मेरो अनुनयविनय सुनिदिनुहोस्।
3 मलाई
दुष्टहरूसित र दुष्ट काम गर्नेहरूसित नलैजानुहोस्, जो तिनीहरूका
छिमेकीहरूसँग मैत्रीपूर्ण कुरा त गर्दछन्, तर तिनीहरूका हृदयमा भने द्वेष
हुन्छ।
4 तिनीहरूका काम र तिनीहरूले गरेका दुष्ट कर्मअनुसारको प्रतिफल तिनीहरूलाई दिनुहोस्, तिनीहरूका हातका कर्मअनुसारको प्रतिफल तिनीहरूलाई दिनुहोस्, र तिनीहरूले पाउनुपर्ने दण्ड तिनीहरूलाई दिनुहोस्।
5 तिनीहरूले परमप्रभुका काम र उहाँका बाहुलीका कर्मको वास्ता नराखेकाले, उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई नष्ट पार्नुहुनेछ,
र तिनीहरूलाई फेरि बनाउनुहुनेछैन।
6 परमप्रभुको स्तुति होस्, किनकि उहाँले कृपाको निम्ति मेरो प्रार्थना सुन्नुभएको छ।
7 परमप्रभु मेरो शक्ति र मेरो ढाल हुनुहुन्छ, उहाँमा नै मेरो हृदयले भरोसा राखेको छ, र मैले सहायता पाएको छु। मेरो हृदय उल्लसित छ,
र म भजनद्वारा उहाँलाई धन्यवाद चढ़ाउनेछु।
8 परमप्रभु आफ्ना जनहरूको शक्ति हुनुहुन्छ,
र आफ्ना अभिषिक्त जनको निम्ति उद्धारको किल्ला हुनुहुन्छ।
9 तपाईंको प्रजालाई बचाउनुहोस्,
र तपाईंको आफ्नो वंशलाई आशिष् दिनुहोस्। तिनीहरूका गोठाला बन्नुहोस्,
र तिनीहरूलाई सदाकाल सम्हाल्नुहोस्।

Rejoicing in Answered Prayer
A Psalm of David.
1 To You I will cry, O Lord my Rock:
Do not be silent to me,
Lest, if You are silent to me,
I become like those who go down to the pit.
2 Hear the voice of my supplications
When I cry to You,
When I lift up my hands toward Your holy sanctuary.
3 Do not take me away with the wicked
And with the workers of iniquity,
Who speak peace to their neighbors,
But evil is in their hearts.
4 Give them according to their deeds,
And according to the wickedness of their endeavors;
Give them according to the work of their hands;
Render to them what they deserve.
5 Because they do not regard the works of the Lord,
Nor the operation of His hands,
He shall destroy them
And not build them up.
6 Blessed be the Lord,
Because He has heard the voice of my supplications!
7 The Lord is my strength and my shield;
My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped;
Therefore my heart greatly rejoices,
And with my song I will praise Him.
8 The Lord is their strength,
And He is the saving refuge of His anointed.
9 Save Your people,
And bless Your inheritance;
Shepherd them also,
And bear them up forever.
